Welcome to my first Teresa Ennis e-Newsletter!

Even though 'SPACE' is still a fairly new release (it's hard to believe that it has already been nearly three months since it was released in Canada!), I am currently recording new material with my very talented, musical friends for my next CD, which I plan to release in the late Spring of 2008! We already have 6 songs recorded and I'm very excited about the sound, vibe and energy surrounding this new project. Stay tuned for the official release date and supporting tour dates for the Spring/Summer/Fall of '08! We may also post some early music on line, so please check back for that!

There have been many highlights for me since the release of 'SPACE'. I was thrilled to hear that some of the original songwriters heard my interpretations of their songs, including: Bernie Leadon, 'Train Leaves Here This Morning' (The Eagles), Ronnie Lane's widow, Susan Lane's, positive comments on my cover of Ronnie's beautiful song, 'Annie' and Pete Townshend himself, 'Blue Red and Grey'.

Also, I'm flattered to be included in an upcoming documentary on the career and music of Acadian singer/songwriter, Ron Bourgeois (Ma Jolie). I'd like to send out a little congratulations to Ron on the Grammy nod, very exciting news.

In the meantime, I would sincerely like to thank all of the people who have taken the time to provide positive feedback and their encouragement for my first solo effort, 'SPACE'. Your supportive emails through Facebook, Myspace and my website have really meant a great deal. I enjoy reading each and every one!
